Meter Confidence + Leak Exception Proof
A synthetic workflow demo for water teams that need to organize high-bill, leak-alert, and read-mismatch evidence before a supervisor review.
Problem
Field-service and customer-service issues often fail because the facts are scattered. A billing note, field closeout, customer observation, meter read basis, and supervisor decision can live in different places.
What I Built
A browser demo that separates known facts, missing proof, evidence owners, stop conditions, and the next review route for common water-meter exceptions.
How AI Was Used
- Codex-assisted planning turned a messy field-work workflow into a structured evidence model.
- AI-assisted frontend implementation helped produce the demo interface and scenario variants.
- Human review defined the safety boundaries: no diagnosis, no bill decision, no legal claim, and no real customer data.
Verification
- Desktop viewport: 1440 x 900.
- Mobile viewport: 390 x 844.
- Console errors: 0.
- Network failures: 0.
- Horizontal overflow: false.
What It Shows
- Evidence matrix by owner.
- Missing-proof list.
- Exception routing.
- Proof readiness state.
- Explicit stop conditions.
Boundaries
This is a synthetic project demo. It does not include real resident, utility, customer, account, meter, billing, portal, or photo data. It does not diagnose leaks, certify meter faults, decide bill adjustments, provide legal advice, or replace utility systems.
